The Tri State Leadership Conference is a joint event held by the SHRM affiliate chapters and State Councils in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
The purpose of the conference is to enhance the professional development of the volunteer leaders, facilitate networking, benchmarking and sharing best practices about how to make our chapters and councils centers for excellence for HR professionals in our states.
